Please read the following section regarding our policy on returns.

Eligibility for Returns

Because most items that we offer are personalized, you cannot return or exchange any duplicate copies of paper printed with your images and text unless there is any manufacturing flaw or there is an error on our part while processing your order. This policy is used because each product is constructed to satisfy the customer’s demands, thus making it impossible to resell to any other customer. Still, we accept that sometimes things can go wrong. We accept returns, and offer refunds, or replacements under the following conditions: 

  • Defective Product: If the delivered product is faulty due to a production mishap such as the wrong ink, design, etc then a replacement or refund will be offered.
  • Incorrect Order: If you have ordered the wrong designs, sizes, or paper type anywhere in your order, then we will rectify it as soon as possible.
  • Damage During Shipping: In case of a damaged product, a buyer must get in touch with us within 7 days from the delivery date and provide a photo of the damaged product then we will involve the shipping company to address the problem.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange for a defective or incorrect order, please follow these steps:

Contact Us

You can directly contact our customer support department through email address or you may reach us through phone number within 7 days of when the products were shipped to you. We request you to forward us your order number and a description of the problem on a given order accompanied by photos if any.

Return Authorization

Our team then goes through your request and issues you a Return Authorization (RA) number in case your return is approved once we have acknowledged your request. The general return policy is that no returns will be accepted without an RA number.

Shipping the Return

In the event you are sending back a defective product, you will incur the cost of shipping the item back to us, except if the product was damaged in transit in which case, we will arrange the pick at our expense. Make sure that the item is well packed to avoid any more damage when in transit.

Replacement or Refund

Once we have received and reviewed the returned commodity we will either give a substitution or work for a refund, whichever you prefer. If returned within 30 days, refunds will be in the original form of payment and should be deposited within five to seven business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Regular orders where no defect or error has taken place.
  • Imaginary orders may be misprinted because of the artwork and or sizes provided by the customer.

Exchanges

If you want to return a product as it does not seem to be in proper working condition or if it is a mistake on our part while placing the order then we will exchange the product with a new one without any additional cost. Returning the exchange process is quite very similar to the process followed in the exchange process as mentioned.
